Automatic Re-Page
ServerCall 24 server paging system will automatically recall waiting staff at predefined periods if they haven't collected the order from the kitchen and canceled the paging. This function guarantees that even if your servers are busy they will not forget to collect food that is ready to be served.
All Page Feature
Our ServerCall 24 Kitchen to waiter pager system has an all page function which will instantly alert all staff. All page is useful for recalling all your waiting staff from the dining room to inform them that an item is no longer available or when the chef wants to notify staff that a new special is available.
Programmable Duty Alerts
Duty alerts can be assigned to be sent automatically, duty alerts such as notifying an individual staff member to check the customer toilets at specified times can be programmed and the staff members pager will be alerted.
Optional Manager Pagers
Add an optional alphanumeric or vibration alert pager to notify managers when staff members are not collecting food, the system will automatically alert a duty manager that food has not been collected after the server has not responded to three alerts. Also with the optional manager pager alerts can be sent to individual managers notifying them that they are needed in the kitchen of at the bar etc.
Two Panel Options
ServerCall offers either a 12 or 24 panel option accommodating up to 24 waiting staff with simple single button notification. With a space for each servers name the chef can easily identify the correct staff member and call them to the kitchen when their order is ready for collection.
Flexible Integration Optional Cancel Panel
ServerCall 24 paging systems for wait staff can be integrated with any of our customer paging systems offering a complete communications solution for your venue.
For larger kitchens where easy access from both sides of the pass is not possible an optional pager cancel panel is available for installation on the serving side of the pass.
Easy Mounting
The ServerCall 24 transmitter can be either surface mounted or wall mounted using the easy installation bracket provided.
Smart Charge
Smart Charge technology is incorporated in to all of our charging trays extending battery life. Typical battery life for our CrystalCall pagers is three to five years. Batteries are user replaceable.
